Therapy consultations 50mins
A 50 minute consultation will focus on thorough exploration, reflection and comprehensive discussions and is $195 for a 50-minute appointment.
This applies to privately paying clients, clients using Medicare or private health insurance.
NDIS self managed and plan managed: Rates are as per NDIS Price Guide
Fees for DVA are as per the DVA ‘Psychologist fees guide’.

Please note that this is a private fee clinic, ie: sessions are not free/bulk billed.

Fees are subject to change at any time and I will endeavour to provide you with as much notice as possible.
Referrals and Mental Health Care Plans (MHCP)
You do not need a referral to see me if you choose to pay privately however if you would like to claim a Medicare Rebate, please obtain a mental health treatment plan from your GP.

A mental health treatment plan (or Mental Health Care Plan) lets you claim up to 10 individual and 10 group sessions with a mental health professional each calendar year.
​
To start with, your doctor or psychiatrist will refer you for up to 6 sessions at a time. If you need more, they can refer you for further sessions.
​
There is a current Medicare rebate of $96.65 (as of July 1st, 2024) for Australians with an eligible Mental Health Care Plan for up to 10 sessions each year. The rebate of $96.65 applies to standard therapy consultations of 50mins.

Please visit your GP to obtain a MHCP and contact me to enquire about a booking. Your MHCP will need to be sent to Tegan via email or Fax (if being sent by your Doctor). The email address is tegancampbellpsychology@gmail.com. Fax is (07) 2141 6079
Alternatively, if you have a referral from your treating Psychiatrist, please make contact with me to enquire about a booking. Your referral from your Psychiatrist can also be sent to the above email or Fax.

No referral is required if you are not accessing Medicare rebates, or if you are using private health. Simply contact me to enquire.
Payment
Halaxy is the client management system utilised to take bookings and payments. Upon making an appointment you will be required to provide credit card, bankcard or paypal details. These are kept securely and in line with the Halaxy security policies of which you can find here.
Payment (and rebate if applicable) will be processed immediately after your session with the credit card provided during the intake process. I have incorporated this as a business practice to prevent any unnecessary paperwork and time spent after sessions following up payments.
Preferred method of payment is credit card.
Cancellation policy
Appointments cancelled on the same day and/or non attendance will elicit a cancellation fee that is 100% of the scheduled fee.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24hrs will be charged 75% of the full fee.
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with 72hours will attract a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled fee.
Cancellation fees do not attract a Medicare rebate. Clients will be notified of fee increases prior to their appointment wherever possible.

There are a number of ADHD/Neurodivergent friendly business practices in place:

Recall messages will be sent asking if you would like to re-book another appointment

A phonecall or text will be sent within 5-10mins of your appointment starting if you are not in attendance

Assessment for ADHD & Autism
I am not currently providing assessments for ADHD and Autism.
You are welcome to make an appointment and decide whether an assessment is the right pathway for you at a later date. In the meantime, part of therapy can certainly include discussions about your neurotype. If assessment is what you decide, I am more than happy to refer out to other neuroaffirming clinicians to conduct this service.
